Is my $25 refundable?

Yes, any reason

Yes. It's fully refundable, for any reason, until you sign a Purchase Agreement. Cancel in your account and we refund the full $25 to the card you paid with. You can also email hello@reotrucks.com. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

When do trucks ship?

Targets, not promises

These are targets, not promises. Designs revealed November 16, 2026. Pilot builds in 2027. Order book and configurator in 2028. First deliveries in late 2028 to 2029. If a target moves, this page moves with it.

Is the $21,500* starting estimate the final price?

No, an estimate

No. It's the starting estimate for the T4X. The T4C starts at an estimated $25,000* and the S4C at $28,500*. Your final price is set when you configure your truck and sign an Order Agreement, and the Purchase Agreement adds taxes, delivery and any fees. If you buy, your $25 goes toward it.

Can I change my model, or not pick one yet?

Yes, any time

Yes to both. Choose T4X, T4C, S4C or Still deciding when you reserve, and switch any time in your account. Switching doesn't change your reservation number. One $25 reservation holds a place for any of the three.

How does my place in line work?

Roughly in order

Every reservation gets a number or a code, set in the order reservations are placed. When the order book opens, targeted for 2028, we invite reservation holders to configure and order, roughly in that order. Positions are approximate and not guaranteed, and a reservation is not an order. Buying merch doesn't move it. Section 10 of the Reservation Agreement spells it out.

How much can it carry and tow?

Platform targets

The platform targets are 2,500 lb of payload and 4,500 lb of towing, for the frame and drivetrain all three Runabouts share. They're engineering targets, not final figures. Each model's final numbers come with validation.

Why gas?

Fills up anywhere

Because gas refuels in five minutes in every town in America, and every mechanic already knows how to fix these engines. More than 9 in 10 new vehicles sold in the U.S. in the second quarter of 2026 still burned gas, counting hybrids. Other powertrains can come later, once they're proven and cheaper. Late on purpose.
