This Privacy Policy explains how REO Industries, Inc., a Texas corporation ("REO," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you join the waitlist or place a reservation at our website. By using the website or placing a reservation, you agree to this Policy.
1. What We Collect
- Name — optional.
- Email address — to contact you about your reservation and REO updates.
- Model interest — which vehicle you reserved or expressed interest in.
- Reservation and payment information — the fact and amount of your reservation and a payment record. Your full card details are collected and stored by our third-party payment processor, not by REO.

2. How We Use It
To create, hold, and sequence your reservation; to contact you about your reservation, the order process, and REO updates; to process and refund your Reservation Payment; to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the website; to market REO and measure our advertising; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with law.
3. How We Share It
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share information with: service providers who help us operate (payment processor, hosting, email, analytics, advertising vendors), bound to use it only for those services; analytics and advertising partners as described in Section 4; legal and safety recipients where required or to protect rights and safety; and a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Analytics, Advertising, and Your Opt-Out Rights
We use cookies and tracking technologies (such as analytics tools and advertising pixels from providers like Google and Meta) to understand site usage and to deliver and measure advertising. Depending on your state's law (including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar laws), the use of these technologies may be considered "targeted advertising" or a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data.
You may opt out of targeted advertising and any sale or sharing of your personal data by:
- emailing hello@reotrucks.com with the subject "Privacy Opt-Out";
- using the cookie/privacy controls on our website reotrucks.com/privacy; and
- enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser, which we honor where required.
5. How We Protect It
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you hold a reservation and as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. On a verified deletion request, we delete personal information except what we must retain by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and comparable state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising and any sale or sharing (Section 4), and to appeal a denied request. To exercise any right, contact hello@reotrucks.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
