Reservation Terms
The simple version.
A $25 deposit holds your place in line. It's fully refundable, and a reservation is never an obligation to buy.
What a reservation is
A reservation places a refundable $25 deposit to hold your position in line for a future REO Runabout. It is not an order, a purchase, or a contract to buy a vehicle, and it does not guarantee delivery, price, specifications, options, or timing.
Your position
Positions are assigned in the order paid deposits are received and are shown to you as a reservation number. Cancelled reservations are not back-filled. We may adjust ordering to correct errors, fraud, or duplicate reservations.
Refunds
Your $25 deposit is fully refundable any time before you finalize a vehicle order. When you cancel, we refund the full $25 to the original card, typically within 5–10 business days.
One reservation per person
Reservations are intended to be one per customer. Duplicate or excessive reservations may be refunded and cancelled at our discretion.
Pricing & specifications
Any prices, specifications, and target dates shown are estimates for a vehicle still in development and may change. Final pricing and specifications will be presented when the order book and configurator open.
Your account & communications
Reserving creates a basic account tied to your email so you can manage your reservation. We email you reservation, refund, and product updates. You can request a refund or update your details at any time.
