Founders Series Terms

These Founders Series Terms govern the REO Founders Series program, operated by REO Industries, Inc., a Texas corporation ("REO," "we," "us"). They are part of, and should be read with, the Reservation Agreement and Rewards Program Terms.

1. Who Is Founders-Eligible

The first 25,000 reservation numbers are Founders-eligible. Eligibility attaches to the reservation number, in the order reservations were placed. Numbers are never re-issued: if an eligible reservation is cancelled or refunded, that number retires and does not reopen a Founders spot.

2. Vesting at Purchase

Founders status is earned by reserving early but vests only when you purchase. You become a vested Founder when you take delivery of a REO vehicle purchased under a reservation with a Founders-eligible number that remained active from reservation through purchase.

3. Founders Perks

Vested Founders receive:

• the Founders icon on your REO account and in REO's app and community surfaces;
• a Founders hat and tee, delivered with your vehicle;
• the Founder Series interior badge on your vehicle.

Perks have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and REO may substitute items of equal or greater value. Perks that depend on vehicle production are delivered with the vehicle.

4. Keeping It Fair

Founders eligibility is personal to the reservation holder and is void where obtained by fraud, automation, resale, or violation of the Reservation Agreement or Rewards Program Terms. Reservations cancelled for such conduct are refunded per the Reservation Agreement and lose eligibility.

5. Everything Else

The disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution and arbitration, and time-limit-on-claims provisions of the Reservation Agreement apply to the Founders Series and are incorporated by reference. The Founders Series does not change what a reservation is: it is not a vehicle order and not a guarantee of delivery, price, or timing. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove eligibility already earned except under Section 4.
